Signing Up

How do I get started? What requirements will I need to join?

Is it free? Do I have to pay a subscription to sign up?

Yes, our app is entirely FREE to download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You do not need to pay to sign up and get started with us.

What information do you need from me?

We are only requiring the minimal information for standard account creation. This includes your name, birthdate, and location. These are important factors we need to help match a caregiver to you.

I'm living in a facility, can I still sign up?

Yes, we take both private clients and clients who are currently residing in a facility.


Setting Up Your Account

How do I make sure my account is active? How will I find caretakers?

How do I know my account is ready to find caregivers?

After the Account Creation process you will immediately be able to create your first booking for care.

How do I go about choosing caregivers?

Once you've created your account, you can navigate your dashboard to find specific care jobs you need or caregivers we believe would fit your needs. If you manually want to look for something we also have a live map that shows all the available caregivers nearby your area.

I can't book any care? What should I do?

Please double check that you've completed all your profile information and have set up a way to pay. We have an integrated link to Stripe that is encrypted to make payments for service safely and quickly.


Billing & Booking

Can you take my insurance? What if I cannot pay? How do I cancel/change my booking?

How do I pay?

In the current moment, we have an integrated pay service with, Stripe. Stripe is a trusted and encrypted service that allows payments be made safely and securely directly between the client and caregiver. It is similar to services like Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo.

Can I use my Insurance?

At this current time we are developing a way to be able to connect your insurance to your account so you can bill accordingly for care. Please stay tuned for future updates!

What if I cannot pay for services?

In addition to insurance integration we are also developing ways for a client to enroll into federal and state programs that will allow them to find the care they need. This includes information to join IHSS, Medicare, and other services.
